Fulfillment in Nutshell

Fulfillment in Nutshell

We all know the roller coaster ride of a so-called “Normal Day”.

When we ask ourselves what it is, that causes conflict and turmoiled; we can often boil it down to our exposure and dependencies of the input we are receiving from our environment.

Ultimately the world is responding to our conditioning, to our very own way of seeing and reacting to it.

It is us, who have to learn to see what it is that connects us to others and even ourselves to enable us to actively exchange without taking harm.

This is vital and worth a thousand words!

Of course, the question arises of how we can respond in harmony with ourselves and others if what we refer to is nothing but a human-made world of confused values, opinions and prejudice.

What else is there to refer to?

Yes!!! Here we go again 🙂

There is a source of life which is not somewhere in the stars but inseparably connected to what is happening in our bodies at every given moment.

For some crazy reason, most of us have been taught to experience ourselves as separated bodies and minds.

Would you believe that depression as being a degenerative modern desease is directly linked to the mind centred identification causing us to fall for the illusion of separation?

We think we are what thinks!

But it’s only a tiny fraction of who we are.

Without the pulsing heart no mind would ever matter.

In fact, it would cease to exist from one moment to the next, if its steady  bit would stop.

And the same pulsing action that makes our chest heave and subsides causes the earth to orbit around the sun.

So, how vital would you think it is to practice a strong integration of this experience in our daily lives?

Referring to it gives us the ability to stand back when confronted with conflict.

We can learn from it without taking harm while it’s happening.

To discover its presence within us opens the doors to a life most of us have only known as children.

And now we become conscious adults living a life of increasing awareness because we can unveil the mysteries of our existence living a “normal” life.

Fulfillment is a wonderful cookie that bakes in this process.
