When days drag on and knock you out

Yes, they are commonly known days when the devil rides your neck, or at least that’s what it feels like, and most people agree.
In my early day’s I was told by my teacher; That is when you need meditation the most.
It took me quite a few years to work out what the process of meditation does and not to judge what happened during the sessions.

These days it’s much more in the open, as many qualified professionals have studied the subject and concluded developing effective methods to get the best results in relatively little time spend.

My experience with Dr Joe Dispenza, for instance, was a remarkable adventure. From his first session, I came home thinking: “Must be American culture; if the door doesn’t open by itself, get a crow-bar in there and break it!”

Hefty, for sure, but effective I had to admit.

These days I look at it from a different perspective again. I am not as much after what is called a “Cosmic-experience”. That is what the natural state of existence entails anyway to me, but it’s more the state of silence, of confidence and the love of presence that lures me in every day. I like to remember how I described my experience of meditation like this: “I don’t know where I go, other than that I go within, and I don’t know where I was when I come back, but I am full of it when I have returned!”

With the description of “full of it” I mean to say the state of carrying me for the rest of the day. I am enthusiastic about everything I’m happy, content and full of joy.

And as one can only ever recommend what one has experienced, that’s what I whole-heartedly recommend. Learn how to hold still! Pay attention to the silence making the original background to all your adventures. It will always be there for you, and it is, contrary to everything else, one. I mean, you cannot split it, silence is silence. It is like a room that contains it all but doesn’t define one form from another, as our world does.

When you go there attentively, you are nourished by the original substance, by the force that continuously creates you into this moment of existence where the magic unfolds. All creativity originates there. Every new idea and inside, all the love that has and will ever exist, it all resides in the secret of silence, and we are welcomed to enter.

Do, and it will turn your off day around to an experience that carries the potential to turn your life around.

Namaste; or, I bow to you, as you are another form of what I am. My divine soul bows before your divine soul!”
