Parenting first step

If you are a parent, and I am a grandpa, we’ve got to have a few things in common. And with only a little chance, they got to be worthwhile sharing. So, just hang on a minute!

The experiences I collected throughout my life as a parent manly pivot around one thing, which concerns the value of the moment we’re spending.
Yes, we may be overwhelmed suddenly caring for something who’s purity we may not even understand while we feel like missing out on the life we used to lead only a little while ago.
We may be overwhelmed by the responsibility of caring for something as pure as we have felt to have been once ourselves, neither knowing why we are feeling to have lost it nor knowing when and where.
You see, this life comes in patterns, and all the parts of it are connected. That may even feel strange to think but be assured that which is supporting you with life in this very moment is not different from that which is supporting all other life.
And it is not somewhere, not somewhere else, it is pulsing into this very moment, into this exact place where you are occupying your body right now.

You must know that there are, of course, specific problems concerning us regarding the situation we are confronted with. May it, for instant be a crying baby craving love we long ourselves to receive, or may it be the pressure to pay our way in responsibility to serve the child or the children we care for. No matter where we start, the problems we face will always and continuously lead us back to the root question of: “Who am I? And in what relationship do I stand to the force of life that’s generating my existence into this very moment?”

Ok, you may even spit the dummy right here, thinking this must be the thought of some way-out freak, who the hell has got no idea what so ever, about what my problems are.
And you’re right; there are problems like hunger we need to serve before we can even think of answering the questions to life itself. But ultimately there is no way around the basic understanding of who we are and what it is that we relate too.

Once I fell in love with life, I loved doing the things that propelled me forward on the path of loving and living.
You know, we are not alone. We are playing our personal roles, like anybody else, but at the same time, we are that which is observing the play at the very same time. We carry our home with us at all times. We are never separated from neither our home nor from the force that allows us to explore all those avenues of experience. And when we feel court, so stuck in our separated identity, so stuck in the role-persona, it becomes apparent how desperate we need to change our point of view.
You know what a point of view is. It’s simple! You climb a tree, go upstairs in your house, or even a box from where to take a look at your environment, and your view changes. Depending on how high you climb; the more dramatic the change of perspective you experience.
And the highest point from which to view anything a new, to my experience, is our own inner self. That which is still and present even before we perceive a thought throwing a shadow.
It is there, it just is;
as it was before we even appeared on the scene, and as it probably will be long after we’re gone.

Can you just for a moment grasp how important your appearance is!?
Because it’s not just you appearing by being you, by being the personal roles you came to play. Still, it is also and simultaneously the intelligence reflected in all existence, that spirit that has been spoken of and danced about for eons which is here with you, as you, now.
How fantastic is that!? What change in your apparent experience can that bring into your life!?

But let us go back to our very personal, current problems we may have.
Looking a little deeper we will recognize, they directly relate to our state of perception. We noticed earlier that everything is connected. Now, make an effort to see what you can see about the world as it is.
It always comes two-sided, as day and night, hot and cold concerning every little aspect of its multitude of facets.
And we are one of those!
We come with a choice of being positive or negative. Only that if we seem to be influenced by one over the other – and for most of us it is traditionally the negative side – we do find us re-act instead choosing how.
That’s a vicious circle! No further explanations needed, right!?
But what we can do to distance ourselves is simple.
Give silence space!
Give yourself, next to all the things you have to perform, time and space! BE!

And when you do, take note of what happens. A few minutes a day can be a good start!
The love that you felt lacking, silently pops into your moment. You’ve found the place from where to decide how you want to live your life from moment to moment. Nothing else counts!
I mean imagine; nothing else counts!
All you’re ever going to be, all you ever will be, and all you will ever contribute to this life, to this world depends on how deep you are connected to this very moment in time. It will create the platform from where the next moment emerges. It does connect you to those who share this moment with you and provides for you the experience of being part of it.
That, and nothing else, is the force of love we’re all yearning to experience. That is the force to change everything, to set everything right, and to make ends meet of whom we couldn’t even acknowledge their existence, even though right in front of our eyes.

Again, we are not alone! We are being generated from the source of life into existence at this very moment. It is you, and you are it. Only that by becoming aware of it more and more, you don’t get to take charge of the eternal powers it contains, but the eternal love it does.
The powers may appear to be little for starters, but be assured they grow with your ability to observe and distance yourself from the roles your job it is to play. And by that new point of view, you will enter a world of abundance.
You will come to recognize, that the acceptance of a higher force in charge and you performing as its tool to take part and create whatever the imagination thinks possible, is not only the ultimate fulfilment you were looking for but will provide you with anything and everything you will ever be going to need.
You will ever be going to need to perform even better, to love, even more, to enjoy to the fullest and to fulfil your life for all eternity to know.
